This 3D printed design allows for intricate coolant channels within the tool body, precisely directing coolant to the cutting edges. This innovative approach is reported to extend tool life by an impressive 60% compared to standard cooling systems. Additionally, the MaxiMill-211-DC integrates seamlessly with existing coolant setups, eliminating the need for modifications.
